Proteins in fruits

Protheses are nitrogenous substances, or rather substances composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen. Being four the elements that enter in the composition of its molecule, constitute the quaternary foods. Its building stones are amino acids. They are of enormous importance to us because they are the materials from which our organism is built. They enter the formation of muscles, skin, cartilage, bones, tendons, nails, hair, blood. They form 16% of the total mass of our body.

Not only those in the growth stage need prostheses, but also adults, as they experience a daily elimination of a certain amount of nitrogen, which shows the need to supply this element to the body, to repair the constant loss. The required amount of prosthesis per day is 0.75 to 1 g per pound of body weight.

The vegetable foods, rich in proteins, are the following: cashew nuts, Brazil nuts, walnuts, peanuts and soybeans.
