1 - Keep the skin clean
Before starting to work out, it is important that the skin is free of any cosmetic, because if the pores are closed, the sweat will have difficulty in leaving naturally, promoting irritations and inflammations like acne and blackheads. If the workout is in the morning, just wash your face with soap, but at night, deep cleaning may be necessary including the use of tonics.
2 - Choose clothes that facilitate the perspiration of the skin
Avoid very tight pants and blouses and fabrics that retain sweat as they make it difficult for the skin to breathe properly. After physical activity, it is best to remove sweaty clothing as soon as possible, since using the parts used in the exercises for a long time prevents the skin from breathing, closing the pores.
3 - Drink water
While exercising, it is important to stay hydrated, as we lose water through sweat, which leads to dehydration of the body and skin, leaving it unprotected and, as a consequence, dry.
4 - Quick shower
Sweating while doing physical activity is good for the body as it helps eliminate impurities, but can also remove the natural lubricant from the skin, causing dryness. Bet a quick shower and the temperature of the warm water.
5 - Hydration is essential
After the post-workout bath, invest in moisturizing your face and body. Apply moisturizing cream then, with the body still moist, in circular movements from the neck to the feet.
